Our return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
In order to return your product, the item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it, including the original packaging. Returns of personalized jewelry (engraved jewelry) or special orders will not be accepted
Shipping costs to return your item are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we received the item you returned, notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within the site's business day range. Processing time is often required before a refund can be reflected. If you have not yet received your refund, you can contact us by writing to firstname.lastname@example.org
Items are only replaced if they are faulty or damaged. Send us an email to email@example.com and upon approval we will send you the return address. Sophie's in Jupiter will be responsible for shipping.
Return of gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, once we receive the returned item, you will receive a gift code or ticket for the value of your return
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person giving the gift decided to have the order shipped and then give it to you, we will issue a refund to the buyer.
If shipping an item, it is recommended to use a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
