Refund policy



Our return period is 30 days from the date of receipt of the order. After this period we cannot offer a refund or an exchange.

In order to return your product, the item It must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.

Gift Returns
Yes The item was marked as a gift when purchased and we shipped it directly to you, once we receive the returned item, you will receive a gift code or voucher for the value of your return

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who made the gift decided to have the order shipped and then given to you, we will issue a refund to the buyer.

If you are shipping an item, it is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your item back.
